How we stay useful

A review is only worth reading if it tells you where a tool is weak. We say when the cheap cloud APIs are the right call, when a free phone tool is all you need, and when the "best" tool is overkill for your documents. Recommending the right tool for the job, including "you don't need to pay for this," is the point.

It does not change the results: the rankings follow the measured accuracy, not the commission, and we review tools that pay us nothing right alongside the ones that do.
